Spinning installations: whether the project involves a pilot system or production systems for the fabrication of newer or modified fibres, we are the specialists.

For special high performance textiles (such as carbon fibre materials) the company can employ a wide range of knowledge about the design and construction of production systems. This knowledge includes preliminary products, such as precursors made of polyacrylonitrile (PAN) resin, and production systems.

In collaboration with our customers, we are developing system designs for various base polymers, adapted to the capacity, to the process and to other requirements. We are doing such development for dual-polymer fibres, microfine fibres and fibresbased on renewable resources.

Our primary skillset lies in the production, drawing and spooling of highly resistant LOY, POY, FOY filaments from PET, PA6, PA66, PP and cellulose. We have been significantly involved in the development of a variety of successful production procedures for low and high concentrations (measured using the titre system) and the relevant components.

For surface fibre structures (such as those used in geotextiles), we have expertise in planning, producing and assembling complete systems, from granulate delivery systems up to spooling systems for your product.

In addition to development, our activities also focus on modernisation and renovation of older procedures. For example, our company can renovate multi-step systems to highly efficient, single-step spinning processes or help increase production capacity through the modernization of draw frame units (multiple occupancy units).

In the framework of optimisation projects, we can detect weak points in production systems and present proposals for optimisation with low investment costs. Such improvements will result in significant increases in return on investment.

We are familiar with the production of fibres for medical applications , such as for dialysis or for the industrial membrane filtration systems for water/wastewater treatment.

In providing all of these services, we consider the safety, health and environment aspects as the most important issues.

Medical applications require thorough GMP planning and the highest level of quality for the production of components, along with the relevant quality inspections.
