We would like to inform you that Callista Private Equity GmbH has acquired full ownership of Mainsite Technologies GmbH from Mainsite GmbH & Co. KG as of November 27th, 2018. In the future, the company will be operated under the name MainTech Systems GmbH.

Mainsite GmbH & Co. KG will shift the company’s focus to their core business, while MainTech Systems will continue their development efforts to stablise the company.

MainTech Systems is a mid-sized company with long history in the heart of the Rhine-Main area. The experienced team of over 200 employees, comprising engineers, technicians, master craftsmen and qualified technical specialists will be led by Marc Zube as Managing Director. Dr. Krautwurst, as the head of plant construction, and Mr. Oeser, as the head of industrial services, will complete the company’s management team.

Callista Private Equity specialises in the acquisition of industrial companies with significant growth potential and has proved its skill in developing companies even in a challenging market environment. As a short-term goal, Callista will focus on restructuring the former parent company, Mainsite, to establish MainTech Systems as an independent, mid-sized company. In the long run, a sustainable growth path with expansion into foreign markets will be promoted. The central office and its workforce will be preserved for the long-term at Industrie Center Obernburg.

MainTech Systems GmbH will continue to support their customers as a reliable partner based on their core skills within the system construction and industrial services sector. The contact people at MainTech Systems will remain the same.
